Terms of Service

Crixaa is operated by Crixaa. By creating a workspace or using the service you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity that happens under your account. Workspace admins are responsible for who they invite and what role they grant.

API keys carry the permissions you assign them. Treat them like passwords, keep them server-side, and revoke or rotate any key you believe has been exposed. Activity performed with a valid key is treated as yours.

Your templates, the data you submit, and the documents you generate remain yours. We claim no ownership over them.

You grant us only the permission needed to run the service — storing your content, rendering it into documents, and displaying it back to the people you have given access. You are responsible for having the right to use the content you upload.

Crixaa has a free plan and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for the period you choose — monthly or yearly — and renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing you authorise us, through Razorpay, to charge your chosen payment method on each renewal. Prices are shown at checkout and exclude taxes unless stated; applicable taxes are added where required.

If a renewal payment fails, we retain your access while the payment is retried. If it cannot be collected after those retries, the workspace returns to the free plan. Your content is not deleted — features above the free plan simply stop being available.

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep paid features until then.

Because the service is billed in advance for a period you retain access to, payments are generally non-refundable and we do not pro-rate partial periods. If something has gone wrong — you were charged in error, or the service was unusable — write to us and we will put it right.

We may change prices. Existing subscribers keep their current price for the period already paid, and we will give notice before a change takes effect at renewal.

Do not use Crixaa to produce fraudulent documents, to impersonate a person or organisation, to infringe someone else's rights, or to break the law. Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, access another workspace's data, or disrupt the service for others.

We may suspend a workspace that we reasonably believe is doing any of these things. Where circumstances allow, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

Crixaa generates documents from templates you design. It does not provide legal advice, and a template you build here is not a substitute for advice on whether a document is valid or enforceable for your purpose.

Crixaa does not provide an electronic signature service. Document statuses in the app record where a document sits in your own process; they are not evidence that a document was signed.

We work to keep Crixaa available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, add or remove features over time. Where a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, we will make a reasonable effort to give notice.

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties, including that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.

You may stop using Crixaa and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or where we are required to by law.

Export your templates and documents before closing a workspace. After closure, data is deleted on the timetable set out in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us — most disputes are quicker to resolve by email.

We update the date at the top when these terms change. For material changes we will give notice in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Crixaa after that means you accept the updated terms.
